Gilt
Gilt approached Rokkan to come up with high level concepts for the future of Gilt.com. At the time of the project, Gilt was in the midst of defining how all of their different properties would work together. We did a series of stakeholder interviews to find out the current issues and future goals of the company. From that, we realized we needed to define and understand how all of Gilt's different properties would live together. After defining the ecosystem, we brainstormed and tried to push the way the site was structured. We worked hand in hand with Gilt to perform multiple usability tests throughout the lifespan of the project to see which ideas stuck. Our final deliverable was a take on what we thought Gilt could be based on the business and user needs.
